September 2024 Autumn Abundance paper pumpkin - alternative cards - set 3

The card base from the kit is on the bottom left of the photo. The piece on the right is what I had left over to make another card, making it 19 cards from this kit. Between the two cards at the top of the photo is the coordinating envelope that comes in the kit.

I started by cutting 2 3/4" off the left side of the card, That gave ne the panel shown on the bottom right side of the photo to use at a later date. Then I cut 2 3/4" off the right side of the remaining panel for the second card. That left me the middle piece that is pre scored. I cut right down the score line to make two panels approximately 1 3/4" I trimmed those panels down to 5 1/4" I cut a card base (8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4") from Cajun Craze and glued my two panels on the card front making sure I had them so the design lines up correctly. Before the glue sets take the blue leaf die cut from the kit. I trimmed off one leaf, then tucked the stem of the two leaves slightly behind the panel on the left side. The leaf I cut off I added in the center of the two tucking the stem slightly into the other leaves. I stamped the sentiment in Cajun Craze (ink spot provided in kit) keeping the design a little to the right side on the die cut circle provided in the kit. I then took the  Wild Wheat die cut leaves and glued two to the sentiment circle. Using the dimensionals in the kit I popped up the sentiment adding glue to the bottom leaf and tucking the end of the stem into the left side panel. I added three sequins from the Neutral adhesive backed sequins just for fun and a pop of sparkle.

The second card (the one on the top right of the card) I got the idea of adding the die cut add on leaf in white on white on the two sides of the cards from Robin at Robins Creations. So I started with a white card base of 81/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4". I added two strips 5 1/2" x 1/2" to each side of the leaf card panel, leaving 1/4" exposed and 1/4" glued behind panel. I die cut 4 leaves (instead of 8) out of a scrap of white card stock. Using a pencil I make a light mark at the top and bottom of the card on each side to show me the portion of white that will be exposed. I added each leaf cutting off the portion that would be hidden and added that cut off part below the first leaf. I was able to cover each side with only two leaves by doing it that way. You decide if you want it easier the n cut 8 leaves or be a paper miser like me, lol. I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set provided in the kit an a white scrap using Cajun Craze ink (provided in kit) and die cut using a die from the Delicate Forest stamp set. I popped up the sentiment with the dimensionals included in the kit and added three embellishments from the Faux glass dots collection.

The card on the left has a white panel 4"  x 5 1/4". I added the Wild Wheat leaf provided in the kit and die cut from a Cajun Craze scrap using the add on die.

For the card on the right I added a Cajun Craze 4" x 5 1/4" mat then a white panel 3 3/4" x 5". I then added two leaves I die cut using the die cut add on.

September 2024 Autumn Abundance paper pumpkin - alternative cards - 2nd set

The top of the photo shows the full card you get in the monthly kit. I cut that in half and then cut each have to 4" x 5 1/4". The kit comes with enough die cut pieces to stamp a sentiment on the nine cards provided, but since I am cutting the cards in half and will end up with Eighteen cards I had to die cut pieces for the sentiments on the other nine cards. The left of the photo shows the coordinating envelope that come in the kit.

For the card on the left I sponged Early Espresso around the edges of the card panel using a sponge dauber then mounted the on a Vanilla card base of 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored in half at 4 1/4" I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set included in the kit on a scrap of Vanilla card stock and die cut using a die from the Autumn Leaves die set, using Early Espresso ink and popped up using the dimensionals included in the kit. The Leaf from the kit I glued down tucking it under the sentiment. The snail from the kit I popped up gluing the bottom of snail on the sentiment die cut.

The card on the right I added the card panel from the kit  that I sponged with Early Espresso ink and a Sponge Dauber from the kit on an Early Espresso card base of 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored in the middle at 4 1/4". I then glued three of the leaves from the kit down on the card. I stamped the sentiment in Cajun Craze (ink spot provided in kit) on a scrap of Vanilla and die cut using a doe from the Peaceful Seasons die set and popped up with the included dimensionals.

Here are the insides of the cards.

For the card on the left I cut a 4" x 5 1/4" panel that in hindsight I should have sponged like I did the card front. I then added the wood die kit from the kit and using a stamp from the stamp set included in the kit I stamped the snail on a vanilla scrap in Crumb Cake and his shell in Poppy Parade stamping off once for a lighter shade. I fussy cut the snail and added him to the wood piece

The card on the right I added a 4" x 5 1/2" vanilla panel and a strip of the card that I had cut off the card front.

September 2024 Autumn Abundance paper pumpkin - alternative cards - 1st set

Here are two card I made using the card base (shown on the right) in the kit. Above the cards is the envelope provided for the 4x4 card. My second card I made to fit into an A2 envelope.

For the 4x4 card on the left I used a sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set. Faux glass dots for the center of the leaf spring under the sentiment. I used the card front and Cajun Craze square from the kit. Cut off the back and made a Vanilla 4"'x 8" card. I glued the 4x4 Cajun Craze panel to card front then using Foam Adhesive strips popped the entire card front up. I added the punch out on the top and bottom of the die cut out circle. I stamped the sentiment in Cajun Craze ink and die cut using a die from the Delicate Forest dies. The sentiment was glued to the Cajun panel tucking it under the card front.

My second card is a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"card (scored at 4 1/4") made with Pumpkin Pie card stock I cut a strip 4" by 1 1/2" of vanilla cardstock. I then glued the panel that was the back on the supplied card to my vanilla cardstock so that the two combined pieces measured 5 1/4" I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Sweetly Scripted stamp on the vanilla cardstock using Pumpkin Pie ink. Using Tear tape on the back I attached the Copper Clay thread from the Natural tone linen thread combo. I then took a short piece of the thread and tied a knot around the thread on the left side and used a glue dot from the kit to secure.

I cut a vanilla panel 4" x 5 1/4" for the inside of the card. Using a scrap of Pumpkin pie I die cut the leaf die from the Friends for Life die set and added to vanilla panel then attached to inside of the card.

For the inside of the 4 x4 card I cut a 3 7/8" x 3 7/8" Cajun Craze panel and adhered it to the  card. I then stamped the sprig stamp from the kit. inking up the stamp in Crumb Cake ink and coloring in the tips with a Cajun Craze Stampin' Write marker on a 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" white panel. I then adhered that panel to the Cajun panel.

For the inside of the second card I cut a vanilla panel 4" x 5 1/4" for the inside of the card. Using a scrap of Pumpkin pie I die cut the leaf die from the Friends for Life die set and added to vanilla panel then attached to inside of the card.
