Assembly
instructions:
Cut card
base and score.
On a scratch
piece of paper use the dark Peach Pie Stampin’ Blend to color the ribbon using the brush tip. You have an extra
1” on each side that will be glued to pack of panel so you can hold it here to
keep your fingers from getting marker on them.
Cut two vanilla
mats and emboss one with the Layered Florals embossing folder using the Stamp
Cut and Emboss machine with the specialty plate. Glue embossed panel to card
front using Tombo liquid glue. Put second vanilla mat in embossing folder only 1’
to 1 ¼”. Emboss that small section, glue ¼” strip at the top of the embossed
section. Stamp sentiment if desired. Glue to inside of card.
Add tear
tape to the back of the embossed card front. Remove backing from the tear tape
and wrap the ribbon approximately 2” up from the bottom and secure to tear tape
on the back. I add another 1” piece on top of the ribbon taped to the back just
for extra hold. Remove backing from that tape also and adhere panel to card
front.
Die cut a
Peach Pie and Vanilla scallop oval from the Unbounded Love die set. Stamp
sentiment on vanilla piece using Peach Pie ink. Cut the scallop off the vanilla
piece cutting just inside the stitched line. Glue vanilla to peach die cut. Add
Stampin’ Dimensionals to die cut (add dimensionals to top and bottom to scallop
so they will be above and below the ribbon). Add scallop oval to card front.
Admire your handy
work , your card is complete and ready to give to one lucky recipient.
