I just love the Otterly Adorable Suite collection. My two favorite animals are Giraffes and Otters so I was so excited to see this collection. I saw where Klompem Stampers made a cute 8x8 collage with this suite and I just had to make one. I made a few changes to make it my own and here is my finished project.
The only stamping is the sentiment the rest is all from the designer paper. The otter near the sentiment was die cut from the coordinating dies, the others I fussy cut. The log, rocks and sea foliage were all die cut using the die set.

Cutting instructions:
Designer Paper: Cut four 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" squares for background pieces. I used three different patterns, using on design twice.
Ugly Paper: 8" x 8"
Basic White, Gray Granite, Pecan Pie, Garden Green, Calypso Coral and Lemon Lime Twist cardstocks: use scrap pieces
Assembly directions.
Lay mat on ugly paper and trace in inside squares. This will be covered so you don't have to worry about the lines.
Using the traced squares glue designer paper to ugly paper. The designer paper is slightly larger than traced lines so center over lines, don't put just up to the lines. Its ok if paper overlaps some. Place mat on paper to check and make sure your paper is lined up correctly.
Die cut or fussy cut the otters you have chosen to use.
Stamp sentiment on scrap of Basic White using Pretty Peacock ink. Die cut using circle die from the Stylish Shapes die (or any circle die you may have).
Die cut all three rock dies using Gray Granite scraps, I cut each three times. Using a blending brush and Gray Granite ink , sponge ink around the edges of the die cut rocks.
Die cut log from scrap of Pecan Pie. Die cut foliage from Garden Green and Lemon Lime Twist. I did two of the Garden Green and one Lemon Lime Twist.
Add Stampin' dimensionals to otters, I popped up all the otters except in the frame with the two otters swimming. The bottom otter is glued down and the top one is popped.
Top left square: Place otter (I used the one on a rock where you want it to be without removing backing from dimensionals. Arrange rocks and glue down overlapping them and making sure they will be all the way at the bottom of square when mat is placed down, not necessarily at he bottom of paper. Place frame on to see exact placement. Remove backing from otter and place above, but touching rocks.
Note: I set the mat on my papers for placement of all the squares.
Top right square. Set otter (without removing backing from dimensionals) and sentiment on square to determine placement. Glue down sentiment and add otter. Die cut school of fish and add three to the sentiment.
Bottom left: Glue down bottom otter and add second, popped otter above.
Bottom right: Glue down log and sea foliage then add popped otters.
Note: I did not glue my collage to the mat, So if I want to occasionally change out scenes I can do so.
