Cutting directions

Mossy Meadow card stock:  mats 3 ½” x 3 ½” - cut eight

Vanilla card stock: 3 ¼” x 3 ¼” cut eight, Vanilla scraps for stamping and both die cut circles in the center.

Assembly instructions:

1. Emboss Using the Stamp Cut and Emboss machine emboss one vanilla square with the Embossed brick,. two with the Birch, one with the Painted Texture and one with the Cane Weave embossing folders, Glue to Mossy Meadow mats, (you will have one left over).

2. Die cut two circles in Vanilla card stock using the Spotlight on Nature dies. The largest circle is 3 3/4” and the smaller one 3 ½”. Stamp sentiment from the Autumn Expressions stamp set using Mossy Meadow ink on the smaller circle. Emboss Using the Stamp Cut and Emboss machine and the Leaf Fall embossing folder.

3. Use a Blending Brush and Cajun Craze ink to blend color on the large circle. You don’t have to ink the center just about ¼” edge. Glue small circle to large Circle.

4. On one vanilla mat (not embossed) stamp the wheat stamp from the Autumn Expression stamp set. To ink the stamp use Stampin’ Write markers. After coloring the stamp, breath on it to moisten the ink before stamping. Emboss with the Embossed Brick embossing folder and glue to your remaining Mossy Meadow mat. On a scrap of vanilla card stock stamp the wheat again using the same technique used previously.

5. Stamp the pail from the Country Flowers stamp set using Momento Black ink. Color with Smokey Slate Stampin’ blends. Die cut both pieces and glue wheat behind the pail keeping the wheat and pail height at approximately 3 ¾”. Pop Pail and wheat using Stampin’ Dimensionals and adhere to vanilla stamped mat.

6. Glue wooden truck with Tombo Glue on the vanilla mat embossed with the Painted Texture embossing folder.

7. Stamp the crate and pumpkin/floral stamps on a scrap of Vanilla cardstock. Stamp the crate with Early Espresso and the pumpkin/floral image with Momento Black. I colored the pumpkin with the light and dark Stampin’ Blends. The corn, flowers and leaves with watercolor pencils. I did not blend with water. If you want your one sunflower to hang over the crate while the pumpkin is tucked behind fussy cut around the bottom right two – three leaves. Glue with Tombo glue and pop up on the embossed brick mat using Stampin’ dimensionals. Stamp and die cut four pumpkins from whatever stamp sets you have. My pumpkins came from the retired Autumn Harvest stamp set. I colored them with my light and dark Pumpkin Pie Stampin Blends. The two pumpkins on the bottom right square were die cut from the retired detailed pumpkin dies. I used a blending brush to add Cajun Craze ink to both pumpkins then colored the stem with my Early Espresso Stampin’ Write markers. Glue one pumpkin down directly to mat and pop the second with Stampin’ dimensionals.

8. Stamp a scarecrow (I used an old wooden non SU stamp I’ve had for probably 15+ years. I colored him in with Stampin’ blends and fussy cut out. I then popped him up with Stampin’ Blends. If you do not want to fussy cut you can stamp him directly on a 3 ¼”x3 ¼” vanilla square but don’t emboss that square. I wanted my square embossed with the Cane Weave embossing folder so I fussy cut him out.

9. Stamp on a vanilla card stock one large leaf from the Autumn Leaves and Changing Leaves stamp set. I stamped both leaves in Cajun craze. I ten used a sponge dauber to add a bit of Mossy Meadow ink. Breath on stamp to remoisten ink before stamping. Both leaves have coordinating dies.

10. Add squares and sentiment circle to 12x12 Toffee or Crumb Cake cardstock.  I start with the four corners and glue them down 3/8” from the edge. Once you have those squares down it is easy to line up the other four.

11. Glue leaves in center overlapping your squares slightly. Pop up sentiment circle.

12. Add two 3 ¼” x 3 ¼” photos, or if you want a small vanilla mat, cut photos 3”x3”. Frame or add to a scrapbook.
