This is another one of the birthday cards that you can make a February's stamp camp. This card features the new Create a Cupcake stamp set and coordinating Build a Cupcake punch. I cased (copy and share everything) the card sketch from Glenda Calkins, another Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I did change the colors, added the glimmer flame and the Happy Birthday sentiment.I also added the Perfect Polka Dot embossing Folder.
